The Gamers Lounge is a gaming lounge and retail store specializing in PC gaming hardware. The online store is based on the retail store located in Msida, Malta.
Do I need an account to place an order?
To place an item in the cart, an account is not required although to checkout an account must be created. Once logged in, you can choose any product you wish to purchase and just go through our checkout process.
How do I create an account?
In order to register an account on The Gamers Lounge website, you have to head to the My Account page and follow the steps accordingly.
Do you service and repair computers?
Yes we do service and repair computers & rates vary depends on the issue and requests.
Are all the items listed on the site in stock or by order?
We usually have most of the items that are listed on site in stock, but if it says ”On Order” we can order it ( subject to availability from the supplier ) and can usually be picked up from our Msida shop within 5 to 7 days.
Delivery Information
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we do offer delivery services to Maltese residents at a charge of €5 on any of our items within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday). People who reside in Gozo have to pick up their items via Gozo Express and incur any additional fees.
How do I track my order?
To track your order please head to the Track your Order page and enter your Order ID along with your Billing email.
